About My College Matchlist

My College Matchlist helps high-school students and their parents turn a long, noisy college search into a balanced set of realistic possibilities. We begin with the student’s academics, budget, intended major area, location, and ideal campus experience—not a one-size-fits-all ranking.

Results are organized into Likely, Target, and Reach planning categories and enriched with practical information families can compare together.

Match categories are guidance, not admissions guarantees. College Scorecard data may be incomplete or lag current institutional policies, so special requirements and unsupported claims are clearly marked for verification.
